Every MiU Life piece is made by hand, one at a time. Because of this, each order goes through a careful handcrafting process before it is packed and shipped to you. Please read below to understand our full order timeline.

Order Timeline Overview

All timeframes are in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Processing & Handcrafting Time: 4–8 Business Days

Because every MiU Life piece is made by hand after your order is placed, we require 4–8 business days to complete your item before it is shipped. This includes carving, sanding, painting, felting, assembling, and quality checking each piece individually.

We do not hold pre-made stock. Each piece is crafted specifically for your order, which is what makes it special — and worth the wait.

During busy periods such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always communicate any delays promptly.

Shipping Options

🚚 Standard Shipping — Free

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days from the date your order is dispatched.

⚡ Express Shipping — Paid Upgrade

Need it sooner? Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Express delivery takes 3–5 business days from the date your order is dispatched.

Please note that express shipping speeds up the delivery stage only. The handcrafting processing time of 4–8 business days still applies to all orders regardless of shipping method chosen.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

If you have not received a tracking email within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@miulifestore.com and we will look into it right away.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing. The timeframes listed above are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs clearance, local postal delays, or public holidays in your country.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country’s customs authority are the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to predict or control these charges.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@miulifestore.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and find a resolution for you as quickly as possible.

MiU Life is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to help.
