At MiU Life, every piece is made by hand with care and intention. We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Free from damage caused after delivery
- In its original packaging where possible
Please note that because our pieces are handmade, small natural variations in wood grain, carving texture, color tone, or felt density are part of the beauty of handmade work and are not considered defects.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@miulifestore.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. You will not need to return the damaged item in most cases.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@miulifestore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process unrequested returns.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. MiU Life is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like.
International Orders
We ship internationally and welcome customers from around the world. For international returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs or import duties that may apply. We recommend contacting us before returning an international order so we can find the most practical solution for you.
